Zombie Guard of the United States Charter

The Zombie Guard of the United States (ZGUS) is a group of people who choose to live by clear, simple principles. We aim to be steady in crisis, honest in action, and responsible in how we treat others. We are not limited by background or profession. Anyone who commits to these values can belong.

Article I: Principles

Fortitude

We train to be strong in hard times. We do not avoid pain or fear. We stay calm, think clearly, and act with purpose.

Fidelity

We are loyal to each other and to what is right. We tell the truth. We do not serve power or status. We serve our values.

Finality

We know life is short. We do not waste time. We finish what we start. We accept death, but we do not give in to fear.

Article II: Conduct

• Be honest and take responsibility for your actions.

• Help others. Treat people with respect.

• Train your body and mind to face hard situations.

• Keep your emotions steady. Use reason to guide your choices.

• Accept what you cannot change, and do your best with what you can.

Article III: Leadership

• A leader lives by these principles before asking others to.

• A leader does not seek personal gain.

• A leader earns trust by acting with fairness and courage.

• Good decisions come from clear thinking and care for others.
